As we get older, we learn to stretch our financial resources. Look what can happen, however, when old age stretches our cerebral veins, too, and an accidental fall ices the cake. Voila, subdural hematoma (dark region pictured on the right side of the MRI scan). Not caught in time, with misinterpretation of Grandpa's resulting confusion, it can lead to dire consequences.
