Día de los Muertos

While it is very important to honor our dead, let us not forget the living, either. There are 1,000,000 homeless people out there in both the American heartland and urban centers. Perhaps our politicians should pay closer attention to the medical and social ramifications of that fact. The plight of the destitute is no less urgent than the sanctity and physical incolumnity of the "little boys and girls" serving in the U.S. Congressional page ranks and attending local parish houses of worship. Pick No Bones

If one of these is chasing you on Halloween night, don't blame Charles Darwin, your friendly neighborhood mortician, or the keeper of the morgue. Blame your bartender instead! Dr. Al Posted by Picasa
